We want you to love your Merry People boots, so we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether you need a different size or a full refund, our team is here to ensure your feet stay happy and dry.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your boots are in brand-new condition, unworn outdoors, and still in their original Merry People box with all tags attached.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label, secure the items in a mailing bag to protect the shoebox, and drop the package off at your nearest authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
